How to Partner with 24 Seven

Below, please find an overview of partnership processes. Orange boxes are the responsibility & management of 24 Seven, and Blue boxes are those belonging to Tiffany & Co.
Job Order Approval Process
New Job Request
- Rachel enters job req in Beeline and confirms all details
- The first approver will receive an email notification from Beeline to approve
First Level Approval
- The first level of approval is the HR Business Partner
- Once approved an email notification from Beeline will be sent to the second level approver
Second Level Approval
- The second level of approval is the requestor’s manager
- Once approved an email notification from Beeline will be sent to the requestor confirming approval
Approval Questions
- Any issues with the job req will be managed by Rachel
- Approvers should reach out to Rachel with any questions
Active Job Order
- Job reqs must be fully approved before the 24 Seven recruiting team can begin actively working the job
Pre-Id/Payrolling jobs only need first level of approval from the HR Business Partner. Please confirm any manager approvals prior to offering to the candidate.
Job Order Workflow
New Job Request
- Once job req is approved – Rachel will schedule an intake call with 24 Seven’s Talent Team
Candidate Submissions
- Rachel will email candidates to review
- For candidates you would like to interview, please notify Rachel
- Rachel manages all candidates in Beeline
Interview Scheduling
- Provide Rachel your interview availability
- Rachel will coordinate with the candidate and send interview invites to all parties
Feedback and Offer
- Rachel will be reaching out for candidate feedback
- When a candidate is selected, Rachel will work with 24 Seven team to communicate to candidate
Onboarding
- Upon candidate offer acceptance, Rachel will work with you to onboard the candidate

24 Seven Onboarding
- 24 Seven initiates employment paperwork and background check
- 24 Seven will request badge photo from candidate
IT Setup
- Rachel will partner with you to submit IT requests
- She will need to know which software tools are needed
Facilities and Badge
- Rachel will partner with you to submit Facilities and Badge requests
- Space at 200 5th is limited, be sure to check with your HRBP regarding available space
