How to Engage a Contract Worker

Below are key reminders when engaging a contingent worker.

  • Share your need for contingent labor.
  • Discuss any internal approvals — your requisition will need to be approved by your manager in Beeline.
  • If additional oversight is needed from a senior manager, please do this prior to opening a new job order.
  • Your HRBP will connect you with Rachel Neusch from the 24 Seven team to kick-off the job order process.

  • Your HRBP (and recruiter, if needed) will connect you with 24 Seven to process onboarding.
  • We need the following information:
    • Tiffany Job Profile
    • Worker Name
    • Worker Phone
    • Worker Email
    • Resume
    • Targeted Start Date
    • Estimated End Date
    • Pay Rate
    • Job Description
    • HR Business Partner
    • Recruiter
    • Cost Center
    • Work Schedule (Full Time, PT <30 hours/wk)
    • Work Location Type (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote)
    • Work Location
  • For Pre-Id/Payrolling candidates, please let the 24 Seven team know what has been communicated with the worker and if the offer needs to be finalized.
  • As a standard, 24 Seven is assuming the candidate has received all offer information and has fully accepted the role. If this is not the case, please communicate what is needed from the 24 Seven team.
  • Be prepared to provide Coupa billing information.

  • Your HRBP will introduce you to 24 Seven to recruit talent and manage the process.
  • Rachel Neusch will manage all activities in Beeline – you do not need to submit a request yourself!
  • You will need to provide the below information:
    • Tiffany Job Profile
    • Job Description
    • Targeted Start Date
    • Estimated End Date
    • Pay Rate
    • HR Business Partner
    • Recruiter
    • Cost Center

  • 24 Seven will handle offer, onboarding, and assignment setup, partnering with you along the way.
  • Rachel Neusch can support you with the tech provisioning and facilities request

  • 24 Seven will provide oversight in Beeline and remain your main point of contact throughout the assignment.
  • Taylor Melum will be checking-in with your worker throughout the assignment to gather feedback and to confirm everything is going ok.
